International Ordering

We will ship your package to you anywhere in the world! All international orders require payment in advance. Due to various rate differences and depending on which items are ordered, freight fees will vary. You may contact our International Sales Department (1-330-482-4924 or 1-330-482-5560) regarding all international orders or by placing your order online a sales associate will contact you with a shipping quote. You can also reach us by e-mail regarding your order. All international orders must have a phone number. All duty and value added taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All special orders and all international sales are final. For orders going to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories, we'll ship via United States Priority Mail. Please allow extra time for delivery. Deliveries to APO/FPO or noncontiguous U.S. state addresses may take up to 30 calendar days with USPS. Please call 1-800-555-3353 for details.

USPS Mail:

All location are estimated at 7-10 business days. This can vary due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Some carriers may take up to 30 calendar days to deliver.

• UPS Air:

  • Next day:

    Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business.  Can be delayed by customs.

  • Second day:

    Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.  Can be delayed by customs.

  • Overseas:

    Bax Global Air Service: Door-to-door service or freight collect to the airport. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. Delivery can be delayed by customs.

    Bax Global Ocean Freight: Estimated delivery time is 30-45 business days to the port. Delivery time may vary depending on customs.

  • UPS Expedited and Express Air Service:

    The estimated delivery time for Expedited is 3-5 business days and the Express service is 1-3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on customs.

  • Parcel Post Air:

    Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks. There are some size restrictions depending on the item ordered. Please call 1-330-482-4924 or 1-330-482-5560 or e-mail our International Sales Department for details.

  • Shipping Specials:

    On occasion, 4Wheel Drive Hardware may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always excluded Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.
